As a Senior Communications Advisor at Boskalis I have many different projects under my wing. This year the company is celebrating its one hundredth anniversary, and this will be reflected in a variety of activities and campaigns. Staff festivities, a book, short films, the website… all these things will celebrate our one hundredth anniversary as a provider of maritime services. We launched the development of our own clothing line with the brand name RBW1910 (the year we were founded) three years ago. One of the aims was to strengthen our corporate image, and we introduced a new collection themed around 1910 – 2010 to celebrate this milestone. This meant that we would also need a new webshop with an sporty, modern and maritime image. The shop was not to be an extension of the Boskalis house style; we really wanted it to represent the RBW1910 brand independently, with a look and feel that reflected those of the clothing line itself. Tritac understood what we wanted and set to work pragmatically. We’d already come to know them as real experts, and they reconfirmed that during the course of this project. They also put a lot of effort into logistics. The foundation of the shop created by Tritac three years ago were still standing. Thanks to this solid basis, the new shop was running in no time at all! Tritac really stands out thanks to its can-do attitude. They offer plenty of input and, as a partner, literally sit down next to you instead of at the opposite end of the table. Its especially nice for people like me, with little experience with e-commerce, to be guided by a business partner with this much expertise and such a flexible attitude. Tritac is truly a partner that can take a hint. To us they are a ‘remote colleague’; we can still count on them whenever we need their help.
