TNT Post - White label webshop Part of my job as a Business Development Manager at TNT is to create new online initiatives. One of these was a gift shop, which we developed in cooperation with Tritac and SB Commerce. While we took care of the setup and some of the promotional aspects, they handled the technical aspects, procurement, logistics and customer service. Close collaboration ensured the seamless coordination of the various aspects. I’ve come to know Tritac as an organisation with extensive expertise in the field and a strong business model. I was very happy with the single platform Tritac offers; a sort of central backbone that also covers the logistics services. The system is continually being developed further. As regards the gift shop, the transaction system works to the advantage of both parties. Our goal to set up a gift shop under the name of TNT Post in the shortest possible time was clearly achieved. As a matter of fact, Tritac completed the work in just a few weeks. Moreover, they understood exactly what we wanted and our ideas formed a perfect match. This reciprocal appreciation proved an ideal foundation for a business relationship based on mutual confidence, and an honest and open working relationship. We have been working with them for two years now and the shop is running well and growing steadily. Tritac took a lot of work off our hands. Their professional know-how and flexibility are fantastic assets. I can say without a single doubt that they have lived up to our high expectations from the word go.
