Unicef - Development of a webshop
UNICEF recently pulled out all the stops to revamp its website. After the website, it was time to set to work on the outdated webshop. Tritac was asked to design a complex webshop in UNICEF’s unique house style.

The sales team at UNICEF focuses on innovation all the time. One aspect of that is the online sale of cards and gift items. Our needs in the area of online commerce had been expanding. In preparation for developing a new webshop we approached ten serious candidates, including Tritac. One of our contacts at TNT told us that they had done a great job, and many aspects of that particular webshop resembled what we had in mind for ours. One of the primary challenges in setting up the UNICEF webshop was that it should serve each of our different target groups: businesses, private individuals and volunteers. Tritac’s responses to our questions and requirements were the best, and their ready expertise gave us a positive feeling right from the start. They had the right experience and resources at hand, which could easily be tailored to our webshop. Their approach also proved an enormous advantage throughout the project: Tritac does not think in restrictions, but instead explores all possible avenues. Rather than tell you that something is impossible they will actually come up with a solution. At the same time, they’re honest about expenses – if we suggested anything uneconomical, they candidly advised us against it. We always knew exactly where we stood. Finding an IT partner that you can also build a good social rapport with is exceptional, and on this point too Tritac clearly stands out. We are very pleased about the result and reached the finish line exactly as planned. In fact we’ve already engaged Tritac for a parallel project: we are confident to have found the perfect partner once again that can help us attain our objectives.
