Delta Wines is one of the largest wine distributors in the Netherlands and a well-known international player. They operate from different B2B labels: DGS WINE, Coenecoop Wine Traders, Pallas Wines and Global Wine, each with its own ERP database based on Navision filled with millions of price lines. We waited for the task to develop a central multishop platform and integrate it with Navision. Regular customers can now order online in four different webshops and also create a collection order between the stores.

It functions and is simple. I think that in itself is an art.

When we started looking for an e-commerce supplier, we mainly looked at the speed and design of previously designed websites. After talking to many potential suppliers, we ended up at Tritac. Together we looked at the functionalities we wanted, and what Tritac could do for them. And in doing so, we looked in particular at the future. We think it's very important that an e-commerce supplier is busy with new developments in the market and works with them. Tritac proved to have a great deal of knowledge about what is possible, in which they really jumped into the limelight. That's why we chose Tritac and we certainly don't regret it.

We had already mapped out the wish for the B2B Multishop in advance, in the form of a diagram. This diagram formed the primary basis of the entire e-commerce project. We then discussed this with Tritac and everything turned out to be possible. As far as that's concerned, we're also on the same page when it comes to the way we think about what a website should look like for us. Working with Tritac therefore gives me a good feeling. I have a lot of contact with a number of employees and I already had a click with that. We just understand each other well. And I think that's very important. You always have to wait and see when you start working together.

We are satisfied with the results: it works, it is simple. I think that's an art in itself, to keep it all as simple as possible, because it's very easy to create a complicated site with a thousand options. But now the customer can place his orders with as few actions as possible. The design is very good, simple and effective, it just works fine.

We are now in the final phase of the project and are moving on to the implementation of the next steps. This means that we indicate what our further wishes are, and then Tritac indicates when this will be picked up and delivered. That's good, because that way everyone knows what is expected of them and we know where we stand.

What do I find characteristic of Tritac? It is a young, smart and fast company. If there's an issue, it's dealt with quickly. Furthermore, everyone thinks along with us and we keep an eye on what's going on in the market. I think that thinking ahead is also important for our cooperation in the future. I therefore expect that not only will we continue to do what we want, but that we will also continue to receive advice from Tritac. Because they have much more knowledge, experience and ideas about what we can and cannot do best.
