The first step of a successful e-commerce strategy with Katana PIM

Product information stored in a structured way

Galoha, seller of unused return products of A- and B-brands, has recently started using Katana PIM. The returned products are sold as refurbished products at various marketplaces.

An important step in Galoha's e-commerce strategy is to get and manage its product information in one central place. Katana PIM is an excellent platform for this because it is possible to process 1 million products here. From the PIM system, the product information can be forwarded to ChannelEngine, which in turn transmits the information to the various channels where Galoha sells its products.

Katana PIM is our new, internally developed PIM system. A PIM system (Product Information Management) is software in which all product information of an organization is stored in a structured way and can be managed. Instead of all separate excel files or different software packages, you have neatly collected everything centrally. This forms the basis for your product catalogue, which can be sent from the organisation to various systems (such as webshops, ERP software and WMS software). An essential part of a professional organisation.
